• Integration capabilities with third-party platforms

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use WhatsKnock AI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without consent
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or policies
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. WhatsApp Compliance

You acknowledge and agree to:

• Comply with all WhatsApp Business policies and guidelines
• Obtain proper consent before messaging contacts
• Maintain opt-out mechanisms for recipients
• Use approved message templates where required
• Accept that WhatsApp may modify or restrict API access

6. Subscription and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund:

• Submit your request within 14 days of initial purchase
• Contact our support team with your account details
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8. Intellectual Property

WhatsKnock AI and its licensors own all rights to:

• The platform, software, and all related technology
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation and training materials

You retain ownership of your content and data, but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WhatsKnock AI is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (including WhatsApp)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhatsKnock AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
